1. Shipper adalah nama lain dari exporter atau pengirim barang. Istilah shipper ini akan selalu di pakai sebagai pengganti kata exporter / pengirim barang./ penjual.
2. Consignee adalah nama lain dari importer atau penerima barang. Istilah ini akan selalu dipakai sebagai pengganti kata importer / penerima barang / pembeli.
3. Notify Party adalah pihak ketiga selain Consignee yang mengetahui adanya sebuah pengiriman barang.
4. Vessel adalah Kapal
5. Voyage / Voy. Adalah nomor pengapalan
6. Shipping Marks & Numbers adalah keterangan yang tertera atau tertulis dalam kemasan barang
7. Descriptions of Goods adalah deskripsi barang
